My experience at this resort was disappointing due to the untrustworthy booking system and unfriendly service staff. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by issues like a mix-up with our reservation and a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. The service felt unclear and uncoordinated; however, we did find a room after some negotiation. It's more of a place to crash after a day at the beach than somewhere to enjoy your stay.
